In order to increase the level of security on users’ assets to the maximum, last week we introduced the white list procedure for the PLC Wallet. This was followed by thousands of emails from users requesting to be added to the white list.

Due to the increase in requests, we are obligated to increase the response time of support service operators. We are currently doing everything within our power to process your requests as quickly as possible – we already have increased the number of operators, created new features for them and we are constantly optimizing this process.

We ask you to remain patient and refrain from creating duplicate requests – all requests will be processed in due time.
